1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 8677jili platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the 8677jili platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 8677jili reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the 8677jili platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the more specific provision shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 8677jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 8677jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 8677jili platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 8677jili platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 8677jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and 8677jili shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

• You must notify 8677jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 8677jili reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure at 8677jili's discretion, with prior notice provided to the registered contact.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8677jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 8677jili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the platform.

Deposits are generally credited to your 8677jili account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 8677jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 8677jili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 1–24 hours on business days.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

8677jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to you will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8677jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• 8677jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8677jili's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who disagree with a bonus decision may raise a formal complaint through the platform's dispute resolution process.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8677jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 8677jili support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 8677jili staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using any third party's account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8677jili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 8677jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8677jili platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use any 8677jili trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 8677jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 8677jili.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8677jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Actions taken by 8677jili in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or withdrawal holds.

8677jili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 8677jili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

9. Responsible Gaming

8677jili is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding players of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

8677jili strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and will suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

10. Termination

8677jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination for cause, 8677jili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any required compliance review, unless prohibited by law or regulatory order.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 8677jili support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests or outstanding wagering requirements.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The 8677jili platform operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8677jili platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 8677jili support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe a game outcome was incorrect or that a transaction was processed in error must submit a formal complaint within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. 8677jili will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

8677jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 8677jili platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

8677jili may also introduce supplementary terms for specific games, tournaments, or promotions. Such supplementary terms will be published alongside the relevant feature and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.
